Exchange & Return Policy

I gladly accept returns (except on digital purchases)*
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me immediately if you have any problems with your order before custom work is underway.

*The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Digital downloads

Refund Policy:

If you have made an error when purchasing an item – a refund can be requested within 3 hours of ordering.  Due to the nature of digital items, once the customization has commenced and the HD file sent, it can’t be undone and returned.  If you make an error in the custom information provided, please contact me immediately to amend the information.

Once you receive your personalized printable – check it carefully.  If we have made an error, we will happily amend and resend free of charge. It is your responsibility to check the image carefully before printing.  We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred if you later discover an error.

Changes requested after you have received your final High Definition print, due to an error or omission in the information originally supplied may be charged depending on the amount of work involved and whether the working file is still available.

Delivery Policy:

You will receive you customized digital print in JPG format.

All customized digital files will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of receipt of payment AND full personalization detail sent.  All items are handmade and take time.  If you do not receive your custom file within 24 hours, please check the following...

1. your email spam and junk folder. 
2. your order to see that you furnished us with clear information
3. your email address is correct.

Purchase does not transfer the rights to the designs and remain the property of LETTER ART GIFTS and can’t be claimed as your own.

It is not permitted to resell or give away our work.

Our designs cannot be used to create manufactured products for sale, either physical or digital.

What is a Printable?

A printable is a JPG digital image file sent to you by email for you to print yourself.  Most customer upload the digital print to an online printing website to get them to print.  Please note: NO PHYSICAL PRINT will be sent to in the post (shipped)

 Where can I print my digital JPG file?
You will receive you customized digital print in JPG format.

First download the JPG image to a folder on your computer or device.
